Ottawa Epoxy Flooring was founded because the same failures kept appearing across the capital region: acid-etched garage floors that peeled after one winter of road salt from the 417, basement coatings that bubbled from untested moisture in century homes near the Rideau Canal, and commercial installs with solvent-based budget materials that didn't survive a single freeze-thaw season.

Our standard is straightforward: diamond-grind prep on every slab, ASTM F2170 moisture testing on every basement, and 100% solid commercial-grade epoxy on every job, residential or commercial. Polyaspartic topcoats handle Ontario's UV and the aggressive road salt that Ottawa drivers track into garages from November through March. Our warranty covers it for life, in writing.

Today we serve Ottawa and 12 surrounding communities with a local crew, full in-house grinding and shot-blast equipment, WSIB certification, and $2M liability insurance.
